Boost Aventura loyalty program operating rules.

The Boost Aventura program is designed to reward customer loyalty by offering exclusive benefits and attractive rewards. The purpose of this policy is to establish the rules and conditions governing participation in the Boost Aventura program.

Article 1 – Program eligibility

The Boost Aventura program is open to all customers who make regular purchases from our company. Customers are automatically enrolled in the program as soon as they place an order on one of the remilede.eu platforms. Only French and European residents are authorized to participate in this loyalty program exclusively dedicated to the European market.

Article 2 – Accumulation of points

Members earn points for every purchase they make. The number of points accumulated is determined by the amount spent by the customer. Points are credited to the customer's account after each eligible transaction.

Article 3 – Program benefits

Boost Aventura members benefit from exclusive special offers, discounts and member-only promotions. Points accumulated can be exchanged for rewards such as discounts on future purchases, gifts, status upgrades and more.

Article 4 – Period of validity of points

Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. After this period, unused points expire and are removed from the customer's account.

Article 5 – Draw prizes

Gift card for a large chain of cafés or restaurants.
Free access to a music streaming service for one month.
Special discount on a selection of products from the brand's catalog. Gift card for a gourmet dinner in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Gift box with a selection of top-of-the-range beauty products.
Personalized online coaching session with an expert in a field relevant to the customer.
Ticket to a local cultural or sporting event. Weekend at a luxury spa with massages and treatments included.
One-night stay in a charming hotel in a nearby town.
Free subscription to a top-of-the-range magazine for six months.
Exclusive access to a culinary workshop or demonstration led by a renowned chef. Private shopping session with a personal stylist in a high-end fashion boutique.
Luxury cruise in an exotic destination.
Stay in a private villa with butler service in a choice destination.
Circuit driving experience in a top-of-the-range sports car. Luxury safari in Africa, including stays in exclusive lodges and private guided safaris.

Article 6 – Terms of use

Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards earned with points cannot be exchanged or returned. The Boost Aventura program reserves the right to modify program conditions, benefits and rewards at any time, without notice.

Article 7 – Program stop or suspension

The Boost Aventura program may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice. In the event of suspension or termination of the program, members will be notified and given a period of time in which to use their points accrued prior to the effective date of suspension or termination.

Article 9 – Information about personal data

Personal data concerning the participants will be collected within the framework of the Game: their title, surname, first name, valid e-mail address and, optionally, other elements of consistency and identity.

The Organizer, whose contact details appear at the beginning of the Game, is responsible for processing the data. The purpose of data processing is to organize the Game and the prize draw, to announce the winners and, where applicable, to send the prize won by the winners. Data processing is based on the execution of the contract, i.e. the present Game rules. This data is kept for the duration of the Game (until the prizes expire) and then archived for a period of 5 years for legal defense purposes.
If the participant has ticked the box provided for this purpose, his/her data (email and/or telephone number) will be processed to inform him/her of the Organizer's offers. This processing is based on the participant's consent. This data may be processed for this purpose until the consent is withdrawn or, failing that, for a period of 3 years from the last contact from the person concerned. In the event of a request to exercise the participant's rights, the data will be processed by the Organizer on the basis of its legal obligations, for the purposes of processing the participant's request and preserving proof thereof in the event of litigation (conservation during the processing of the request, then 5 years for intermediate archiving). Personal data may be communicated, solely for the purposes set out above, by the Organizer to its staff and its service providers in charge of managing the Game and IT service providers in charge of managing data and promotional offers (where applicable).

Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and to Regulation 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, participants have the following rights, under the conditions provided for by the regulations:

A right of access to data (to know whether data processing is being carried out and, if so, information about this processing and a copy of the data processed) and rectification in the event of inaccurate data.
A right to erasure of data (the right to be forgotten) except where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or the exercise of legal rights, and a right to limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the regulations in force:
The right to portability of raw data supplied
The right to define directives concerning the fate of one's personal data after death
The right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority (notably the CNIL in France)
The right to withdraw consent (to receive offers from the Organizer)
The right to object to data processing is not applicable because the processing is not based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.

If the participant no longer wishes to receive promotional communications from the Organizer, he/she may unsubscribe by one of the following means provided on the communication in question.

Article 10 - Applicable law

Any dispute or disagreement relating to the execution or interpretation of the rules that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent court.
