The duration of an outdoor event can range from 2 days to 8 days, depending on your objectives and availability. For a first experience, we recommend a 3-day, 2-night format, offering an ideal balance of immersion, varied activities and rest time. For those looking for a shorter program, we also offer a 2-day, 1-night format, enabling you to experience an intense and enriching adventure in a short time. For specific needs or teams ready to make a greater commitment, programs of up to 8 days are available, promoting deep immersion and lasting results. Each format is tailor-made to maximize impact and guarantee a memorable experience, tailored to our customers' expectations.
What is the maximum number of participants in general?
The minimum number of participants for our outdoor events is 10. As for the maximum, we don't have a strict limit, but to guarantee an optimal quality experience, we recommend a maximum of 50 participants. This number allows us to maintain a coherent group dynamic, while offering personalized supervision and a successful immersive experience. Beyond this number, the experience may lose quality, and the activities may no longer be as effective and impactful for each individual. We prefer tailor-made events to offer perfect conditions for every participant.
How long does it take to prepare a tailor-made event?
We do not accept requests with a lead time of less than 1 month. In the event of an urgent request, a surcharge may be applied due to the reduced time required to organize the event in the best possible conditions. To guarantee optimal service quality and a stress-free experience, we recommend that you contact us for a project planned at least 3 months in advance. This allows us to tailor the event to your needs, ensure meticulous preparation and offer you an unforgettable event, without compromising on quality.
